Acrylic Paintings

While I haven’t painted as much in acrylics, I quite enjoy working with them.  I tend to need a retarder though as my way of painting leans towards lots of blending.  I’m sure that’s really only out of habit and would change quite a bit if I did more acrylic art.

Again these are in no particular order.  The Cello painting used a photo from “EUHMA” with their permission.

The first two were posed by my husband for me!

Acoustic Guitar

Electric Guitar

Jazzy Trumpet

Cello – EUHMA

“Moko” – original

“Lost” an original piece

These are just a few.  I really got into playing about with greyscale painting for a while!  I have also done a few copies of some other work I admire and that’s hanging in our rec room.
